Full Moon Pups
The she-wolf is near the time her litter will be born. The moon is full and other animals are out in the woods, but the she-wolf is tired. At last, her pups arrive. She licks them and keeps them close. The wolf pack checks on them. The tiny pups are still blind, and they can hardly make a sound, but as they grow a little, they start to crawl and explore their new home. Suddenly, a great storm is upon the forest. The water rises for days and days. The pups could be in danger. How can the mother wolf make sure her pups are safe? Will others come to help?
