All the Hulk Feels (A Mighty Marvel Comics Picture Book)
Have you ever gotten so angry that you feel like an entirely different person? Have you ever been so mad that you became a giant green monster? That is the problem Bruce Banner has. When he gets upset, he turns into the Hulk. Hulk then smashes whatever Bruce was angry at. That is, until the Hulk feels that Bruce is getting mad for the wrong reasons.
All the Hulk Feels by Caldecott Medalist, Dan Santat, is a picture book about dealing with feelings. This story is one that most of us deal with. The message is simple. There are plenty of reasons to get mad, but sometimes those reasons are small, insignificant, and frivolous. Santat’s message is delivered with an entertaining story and bold and vivid artwork. The gamma mutant green that makes up much of this book’s color is unmistakable Hulk. Santat’s book is a fantastic way to introduce the Hulk to the next generation of Marvel fans while teaching an important story. Ideal for read-alongs or alone, All the Hulk Feels is a fantastic picture book with an important story.
